Starters – Flavours from the Sea and Forest
Gravlax with mustard sauce, smoked salmon, three varieties of herring, traditional beetroot salad with whipped cream, liver pâté with pickled cucumber, boiled potatoes and a selection of Finnish archipelago and rye breads with spreads.
Traditional Christmas Favourites
Christmas ham served with homemade mustard and brown gravy, traditional swede, carrot and potato casseroles, accompanied by peas and fried apples.
Dessert
Prune compote with whipped cream, gingerbread cookies, traditional Christmas pastries, chocolates and Finnish marmalade sweets. Coffee and tea are included.
