Cancellation Policy
Number of persons must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to the event. We accept a change to the number of persons when it is max of -10% and notified to us three (3) business days prior to the event. Services will be charged according to the confirmed number of persons.
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge up till one month prior to the event. If you cancel an accommodation and meeting facility reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of event will incur a 50% charge of the total value of the accommodation and conference package booking
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of event will incur a 100% charge of the total value of the accommodation and conference package booking
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of event will incur a 100% charge of the total value of the all reserved services
